Hi, this is my first post requesting help with an issue so please let me know what I've missed if I haven't included all the correct detail:
Build:
Server: CentOS 7.5
OS Ticket Version: v1.10.4
Web Server: Apache 2.4.6
MySQL Version: 5.5.60
PHP: 5.4.16
Issue Brief:
New Ticket Alert Email populating "Array" from added "Choices Field" on Ticket Details form instead of users choices.
Issue Detail:
I have added several fields to the Ticket Details form which all work except for the field named "Options?ick 1 or More" (see "Form Details" screen shot}. This field has several choices for the end user to select. The issue is that these choices when picked by the person raising the ticket are not then being listed on the New Ticket Alert email that is sent, instead we just receive "Array" (see "Email Content" screenshot). The variable set on the form is "options", this is set in the Email>Email Template>New Ticket Alert (see " New Ticket Alert" screenshot).
We want whatever the end user who raises the ticket choses in the email content. When we look at the ticket as an Agent logged in directly all the details are there, just not in the email that is sent. What am I missing?
