I can able to use my old password and new password in LDAP authentication ????

Hi,

I have configured LDAP in OS ticket, and it is working successfully.

But I tried to reset my password in active directory, but still I can able to login using my old password and new password as well. how ?????

how to fix this ????

It maybe cache or delaying sync

You have two passwords. One in AD. One in osTicket.

My understanding is that the auth plugin tries to auth against LDAP/AD. If it fails it tries the local (db) password.

I think that you can change this by changing the available back ends on your Agent accounts.
Admin panel -> Agents -> Click on an Agent. See: Authentication Backend.
Change it from -- Use any available backend -- to Active Directory or LDAP.
