We are using a third party survey service (SurveyMonkey) and included a custom url to the site with ticket# name etc in your closing statement via a canned responses but the Ticket number is not appearing.

Anyone using the same?

We used to be, but took it down a couple years ago.
From what I remember you have to make sure that you setup the ticket# field in the form on the survey monkey side and pass it in the URL from osTicket.

Hi, we can get osTicket to pass the user to surveymonkey but we cannot get the ticket number to come across it only shows this %[{ticket.number}]

On the users email it shows the ticket number.

Any more ideas?

Try removing the [ and ] characters?
