I've just migrated to a new server my osTicket istance.
The old and the new server have equal software environment. The unique difference is the MySQL version.
On the old one I have: 5.5.61
On the new one I have: 5.7.24
All other settings are equal:
Versione osTicket v1.10.1 (9ae093d) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache
Versione PHP 5.6.38
My problem is only related to the attachments. On the new server, I got error "file not found" when I try to access to an attacchment to an old ticket.
All permission look like the same on the previous server.
Do I have to check something else (signature schema on SQL...)?
I'm also recieving this:
IOException: Unable to read resource content
(root)/attachments/X/XfuwGQXkc_LswzmxlMDG9jtd9sT6NHJ8: Unable to read from file
I've looked into my directory and the file exist!
I think it's all related to the same problem.
I use plugin for put attachments on file system
