Unable to read, delete from file

Since I uploaded my project to my hosting (cpanel) I started to receive mails with
(root)/adjuntos/S/SsOzXpboChnqEtAlD1h0MVN_1aewZzsc: Unable to read from file
and when i delete tickets with attachments a blank page is showed I think this is related to this error, do you know how this can be fixed? Thanks

Sounds like your attachments have the wrong permissio ns.

the permissions over the folder adjuntos are 0755 but subfolders are in this way:

what are the correct permisions for main and sub folders? TY

They need to be readable/writable by the user that the webserver runs as.

I would try setting to 777 and see if it works. Then change it to something like 751 or 755 when your done testing.

i set from Cpanel to 777 all the folders but still keeps crashing

Did you apply for recursive permission? Double check owner to make sure osTicket has access to it

ok, I set 755 permissions to folders and reinstall the plugin, now seems its working well no more crashes
