I have a few users who look back at tickets they have submitted and they have informed me that every now and then a thread will have wacky formatting. Attached is an example. Is this caused by the user that added to the thread and had poor HTML formatting in their reply email or something else? Is there a fix? I am using v1.10.1. Thanks in advance for any insight you folks may have.

    Unfortunately that did no work. I've uploaded a zip file of one of the threads/webpages that has the problem. Let me know if you have any other ideas. All input is appreciated.

      Try this and see,
      If its on Enable Right Text and uncheck it.

          @SophiaXiong this thread is 2 years old and for version 1.10.1.
          If you are having an issue you should start your own thread, and provide pertinent system information about your environment.
