Hi all,
i am not able to view
- My Tickets
- Overdue
- Closed Tickets
I have 15 Tickets assigned to me, and if i see them in Open Tickets, i could also open them.
If i know a Ticket ID and do a search for it, i could open the ticket also if it is still closed.
But when i click on Closed Tickets, i get not displayed any ticket.
Could anyone please tell me in which files i have to look to check what is going wrong there?
