Has anyone successfully changed the color of a cell or row in the open ticket list based on the help topic?

Also looking for any other ideas from the community to tell what help topic a ticket is from the Open ticket list without adding a new column for the help topic.

I beleive that there is a feature request over on github for this. I think that it is slated for release in 1.11rc2
