In our installation OSTicket is used only by Agents. They are creating the tickets as well. All are bothered by the pop-up search windows that expects to input the agent name and email, having the search dialog in place.
How I can disable the search agent details windows when and agent is creating "New ticket"?
I need the new ticket form to automatically takes the current logged-in agent credentials to auto-fill agent name and email.
I am aware that this is not possible by admin configuration tools.
