I found a couple of similar feature request, I guess a lot of osticket users miss an archive feature.

Due to the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU I have to limit access to tickets after a specific period of time. So first of all I want to export all ticket not updated within the last x days (for example 730 days) and then delete this tickets. This process should be run automatically via cron or something similar.

Is there any mod, code or something else available to archive this?
