Hello, I have a problem with my placeholders for date / time fields from the forms.
I have seen in the forum that there was ever a similar problem when printing.
After my calculation, it works with me with the print, so I refer exclusively to the answer template function and e-mail templates!
As soon as I enter a date + time field in a form and submit the ticket, I receive a confirmation email, in which the corresponding placeholder with minus 2 hours difference is shown to me (Timezone CEST -> CET). Even if I use a response template with the corresponding placeholder, the wrong time is displayed directly.
The other times such as ticketing time, etc. fit all, also the filled field in the form is displayed correctly.
So it definitely can not be a general timezone problem (php, mysql, ...).
The times in the system are everywhere, except as placeholders for a time field out of a form in the answer templates and in the e-mail template.
Can someone comment on this or can someone please test whether the error is reproducible? hmm
Many Thanks.
Please do not test with% {ticket.create_date}, that's a bad example, because that's a system variable. This variable also brings me a correct time!
I have created a form with two fields "FROM" and "TO" of the type "Date and Time" and configured with "Show time selection with date selection" and Timezone Default (also User's timezone)
Calling up the placeholders with% {ticket.from} and% {ticket.to}
