Security certificate assistance needed

All internal workstations are reporting the following:

Your PC doesn’t trust this website’s security certificate.
The hostname in the website’s security certificate differs from the website you are trying to visit.
Error Code: DLG_FLAGS_INVALID_CA
DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID

Please advise.

This does not appear to have anything to do with the osTicket software. Your SSL cert is controlled by your webserver. It sounds like your server doesn't have the ticket site url in the cert.
