Open tickets

Hi all , accidentally i messed up mysqli.php file when was troubleshooting db issue . i did restore the file again however whenever an agent try to open ticket after click " open " the page just turns blank with no action
please find my osticket information

I would recommend that you restore your site from back up before you "messed up mysqli.php file".

If you do not have a back up then I would recommend that you download and restore the core files.

note: with out any PHP errors or logs that is pretty much the best answer I can give.

now i'm receiving the below error when trying to access the login page ... hope this might help in my situation

" IP Address " is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
i tried to attach a file with the HTTP log , however it says files like this are not allowed . i'll state it below
