My OsTicket DB has about 5500 users (imported via CSV). When an agent creates a new ticket, they are prompted to search for a user to create the ticket for. The search is taking a very long time to return a result - approx 1 minute. This makes opening a new ticket a slow and painful process, and I can't expect agents to use it in the current state.
I have checked the ost__search table and there are records for the users there.
Should OsTicket be OK with this amount of users? Why is the search so slow?
