Having a tough time searching this one, I'm sure its been asked before.
When opening a ticket that uses a Custom List. Can I have an option labeled "Other" that prompts a text field?

ScoFlo I do not think you can mix types of list. You can do is have one of the list Item called "Other" as a selection.
