Hi again,
I have added some departments/agents that I would like to assign tasks to, from an open ticket, however they should not be available for assignment in tickets, only tasks.
Eg, I create a ticket for the "Support" department and assign to an agent. I then want to create a task for the "Engineering" department and assign to an agent from that dept, to resolve a bug.
Neither the "Engineering" department nor any of its agents should be available for direct ticket assignment by agents from the "Support" department.
I think I already figured out how to hide these from users by making them private, but the above is what I need to do. Is this possible?
