Hi, im here again for a new question !
I want to add a custom field for me in the ticket form.
For this, i create my new field in my form with the function for this (Manage > Form > Ticket Detail > add field here like "myfield" as label, short answer as type, internal and facultative as visibility and myfield as fiedl name (sorry if the terms are not good, it is is french for me ?.
Ok, all is in place but :
- When i simulate a customer creating a ticket, i dont see the field (normal, as the field is "internal", then for admin)
- When i log to the console to manager ticket, i should see the new field "for me", but there i don't see either the field i have created (for previous and new ticket)....
What did i do wrong ?
