Hi,
Is there a way to customize the "Insert Links" portion of my ticket responses so that instead of just the internal links in the drop-down menu:
"Agent Ticket Link
Agent Log-in Page
End-User Ticket Link
End-User Login Page"
I could add my own external links (I work for a University and would like to send links for our Registrar's Office, student portal, support services, etc.) to this drop down, so that I don't have to open new tabs and copy/paste the same URLs into this dialogue box every time I want to share a resource/page in an email? If there is already an instruction page/thread on how to do this, please feel free to redirect me there. I was not able to find one of these on my own.
