I am having an odd problem. When I add a new agent I am getting an error message the I need a valid email address. only, the email address is valid. This seems to have started after installing the AD authentication plugin.
I can use an email address that does not exist, but an actual valid email address gives the error.
Prior to installing AD plugin I created a user using the email address of firstname.lastname@example.org, After installing the plugin I created a user email@example.com, but got the valid email address error.
I changed the joe account to use firstname.lastname@example.org for the email address. The user updated. I tried to change it back to email@example.com and got the valid email address message.
Not sure what the cause could be, but I need to use the company.com domain for the emails.
