Today we just updated to v1.9.14 from v1.10.4. Our team use osTicket with Firefox and have the below settings in place so PDF files open within a Firefox browser rather than being prompted to open/save which was working until today's update. PDF viewing within a Firefox windows also works on other pages that host PDF files. just to rule out Firefox being a problem.
Verified Firefox options.:
Click the menu button and choose Options.
1. Select the General panel and go to the Applications section.
2. Select the Portable Document Format (PDF) entry and change the action to use the Adobe Reader program.
Even when right-clicking the PDF attachment in a ticket and selecting “open in new tab” or “open in new window” I'm still prompted to open/save. This behavior can also be reproduced in Chrome as well.
I was not sure if I should log a bug report on GitHub for this or if someone has a solutions / workaround that can be used. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
