I made the fresh installation of v. 1.10
My system
Windows 7 enterprise 64
PHP Version 7.2.11
Apache 2.4.35 Win64
MySQL 8

Everything working perfectly until I set up the e-mail account. After this, I can't log in the administrative page.
Now I have an error - Valid CSRF Token Required

Any idea how it can be solved?

osTicket does not support PHP Version 7.2.11. Please downgrade PHP to 5.6.

PHP7 support is coming out with 1.11 when it is released.

As you recommended I downgraded PHP to Version 5.6.38 and. copy existing php ini file and now has error
This page isn’t working

I do not know if there are additional php directives in the php.ini for 7.2 that 5.6 would not be able to read. That could be your problem. Once you downgrade you need to make sure that your webserver is using the right version and restart the service.

What error are you getting and where??

Sorry I was not clear. I enabled all extension what we need for your application. in the original ini file for PHP 5.6.
the php.info web page working also phpmyadmin working too. But when I tying open helpdesk/scp/login.php
the HTTP ERROR 500 10.XX.XXX.XXX is currently unable to handle this request.

Sounds like your webserver is not configured correctly.

I created test.php file and put in the osticket (helpdesk) root directory, and it working fine. I google the problem most likely this problem between MySql 8 and PHP 5.6 Let you know if find a solution.

Given that MySQL8 just came out I have no idea if it is compatible with osTicket yet.
I would recommend that you use MySQL 5.x or MariaDB 10.x

Yes, the problem was between MySQL8 and PHP 5.6. As you recommended I downgrade MySQL. Look like it's working now.

So I fired up a new VM last night and installed MySQL8, php 5.6 and installed 1.10.4. It took some time, but I have figured out what the problem is. I am writing up a post about it now.

You put the plugin in the /includes/plugins folder.
Go to admin panel -> Manage -> Plugins.
Add.
Select the LDAP plugin.
edit the settings.
enable the plugin.

One more question, search the forum but can't find the answer. Is it possible to permit open a new ticket only after Sign In?

    Impro beat me to the response. He is correct.

    Something I noticed though is that if you require registration to open a ticket and someone emails the system the email is rejected silently.
