Please excuse me if this has been asked before but I could not find anything on the forum.
Running osTicket 1.11rc-1 (behaviour was the same in 1.10.4 however)
I have only 1 department in use. All help topics and agents have this department set, however when opening a new ticket manual selection of the department is still required. Is it possible to set a default one for new tickets?
Secondly, when posting a response, the default option is to email the response to the user for whom the ticket is open. At this stage we do not want to mail users as we are still tuning the system (but want to keep mail sending working for alerts, etc). Is it possible to set this not to email anyone as a default setting on response?
I've looked through the alerts settings but could not find anything specifically for this.
