What works:
Users can Drag& drop images into the "Reply" area.
User can attach files to tickets by sending them as email attachments.
Agents can attach files by "Drop files here" panel in the reply area
Agents can attach files by "choose them" link in the reply area.
What doesn't work.
Users cannot attach files by either the dropping a file, or choosing them.
Attaching an empty file, even as an agent, (0B) also triggers this error.
- This gives the famous undefined500 error.
Happens for multiple users, on multiple browsers.
help appreciated.
