Hello, I'm new here. Loving the system, it's been hard finding a simple system that isn't bloated with excessively complicated features, etc.
I have a question on the Dashboard. I see the statistics show a service and response time on each tab. I have opened several test tickets, however these times always remain at 0. How do these get populated and what should be entered on the ticket to get these populated? I really would like to have these statistics as part of our reporting.
Note, I also have the (unofficial) time mod installed. Will the time captured by this mod also reflect anywhere? (hoping the mod author or a power user can chime in).
