I'm investigating a strange behavior while assigning a ticket to an operator, if I call the drop-down list inside the main ticket form i see no operators, but i i use the assign function from the ticket list (selecting a ticket) I see all operators.My knowledge of php is limited and I cannot fully understand the code structure, could some one give me the php file name that fills that drop-down list?My setup is one master department, and a lot of sub departments, the operators have no primary department, but have extended access to the master department, the see all the tickets present in the sub departments (tickets are created by dedicated mail addresses for every sub department).Thank you so much!
