[resolved] OsTicket Reporting Module

Hello,I am seeing on this forum that the reporting module to purchase for OSTicket is the one from software-mods. Is this site defunct? It appears they have taken my money but I have yet to get an email with download instructions. I have sent several emails to them over the last month and still no communications. Is it just me? Has anyone else dealt with these guys before?

Can you email me at scott (dot) m (dot) rowley (at) gmail (dot) com with your PayPal or email address used for the purchase and I’ll look into this right away? I’ve been sending out reply’s with 24-48 hours now so perhaps it went to spam? I also haven’t received any emails but I will look to see if those weren’t filtered somehow. What method did you use to contact or what address did send to?

I would recommend that you open a ticket with them.http://software-mods/support/Scott can take a couple days to send out download information, and their web page says:"We'll get back to you as soon as possible, however, please allow for 48 hour response. Thanks!If you have already made a purchase please use the email that you used at the time of purchase."
