Hello,I have a dedicated organization. Three users belong to the organization.x1@x.pl, x2@x.pl, x3@x.plWhen the user x1@x.pl creates a request by email, only he gets a notification about creating a ticket.How to make a notification about the ticket got everyone in the organization.

I don't think that you can do that via the UI. You would have to edit the core files and make changes to do that.
