OSticket v1.10.4 (035fd0a)Hosted on my ISP's server. All working well and it really is a dream to use. However, being driven nuts that whenever I save or update a ticket, I get logged out back to main login screen? Is this supposed to happen? or have I missed a setting somewhere?Regards Paul

Funnily enough I did read that post. There is nothing in the system log, no php errors. If you mean on the server itself, it is not something I am able to do. To make matters worse, they say it is "as is" installed via Cpanel.Sadly at a loss to give any other details, environment? Do you mean the osTicket Installation information page? As I tried to paste it, but said it was too large. Any specific parts help?RegardsPaul.

Most of the system information that we need is located at: Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information.

When you logged in as an admin to osTicket systemClick on Admin Panel>Dashboard>When you move your mouse over it will give you the option to click on Informationor you can go directly by typing system.php after /SCP/scp/system.phpit will list server information: osTicket Version:Web Server Software:MySQL version:PHP Version:Also, you may want to see logs it may help you too:/scp/logs.php
