Funnily enough I did read that post. There is nothing in the system log, no php errors. If you mean on the server itself, it is not something I am able to do. To make matters worse, they say it is "as is" installed via Cpanel.Sadly at a loss to give any other details, environment? Do you mean the osTicket Installation information page?
