Errores de smtp en el cuerpo de cada ticket

Buen dia,Tengo el siguiente comportamiento, cada vez que se abre un ticket, no importa si es por correo o desde la web, siempre agrega al cuerpo del ticket 2 o mas mensajes de errores, algunos de smtp y otros son errores de almacenamiento o importar archivos y la verdad no tengo la menor idea de que lo puede estar ocasionando, cualquier ayuda sera agradecida.Estos son los datos de la versión del sistema.

Please visit https://support.google.com/mail/?p=UnsolicitedMessageError for more information".It appears Gmail is blocking the mail due to spam. Visit that link, follow those instructions, and you should be set.Also, in osTicket, make sure the email is spoofing the headers (Admin Panel > Emails > Emails > click email > SMTP information > Header Spoofing > Enable > Save Changes) and is configured to use a TLS or SSL connection (typically port 587 or 465) for better deliverability.Cheers.

Hola,Si, entiendo la parte de gmail, lo que me falto especificar es que el error es de otra cuenta de correo y no de la cuenta que abrió el ticket, los mensajes de smtp siempre son para dos cuentas de gmail específicamente, independientemente de que los tickets se abran desde la consola web de osticket o desde el correo con una cuenta corporativa. Saludos

Does anyone have an idea, when I open a new ticket, don’t mater if is from email or web, at the body of the new ticket is inserted some errors, some error are from smtp but from another email address that nothing have to do with the email of the opening ticket, I really have no idea why this is happening, that’s happen on every single ticket that is created, it’s like on every ticket try to send an email to this email address that nothing have to do with the email that open the ticket.Thanks, i will really appreciate your help

It sounds to me like your core source files were changed and you are CCing an email address. Try restoring stock files.Or maybe the persons email address is actually a mailing list, and your getting bounce backs from deprecated members?

stock files do you mean reinstall? What files are related to the CC on sending

email?

Where I can

see if there is a mailing list? The error is always from two address, one of

the member is still active, and the other one was a few months ago deactivated.

osTicket doesn't CC by default. So none.Mailing lists are on your mailserver.Do you use Organizations?Is the deactivated person configured in an organization?Or Department as a manager?

is no one mailing list on the mailserver

Don’t use

organizations, what we use are departments.

By deactivated

person a mean the user was deleted.

I've asked the devs to take a look at this thread.I still think that you should re-download the core files from osticket.com/download and re-upload them to your site.

there is no ost-config file in the distro, so that wont be affected. The rest of your configuration is in the database.

By chance are you using admin email and support email address same?

Fetched emails should be checked to moved to sub folder or deleted

Header Spoofing should be: unchecked

The

messages only shows on one of the departments, the other departments have no

messages on the body of their tickets, the department with this messages uses

the default email address and the default template.
