Hi, is it possible to automatically assign tasks to tickets created via the REST API? Basically I would like to be able to automatically create ticket via the REST API and set up a couple of tasks, for example "recontact the customer if they haven't answered". The tasks should be the same every time so they don't need to be created with the ticket. Is that possible? Thanks!

It is my understanding that the ticket open api only opens tickets, not tasks.
