Email delays osTicket (v1.11.0-rc1)

Hello all.. i am playing around with osTicket (v1.11.0-rc1)One major thing i noticed is that when someone sends a ticket there is a delay before it shoes up in osticket, this morning i had a 17 hour delay.Any ideas what can cause this?This is an upgrade from 1.10Thanks, have a nice day.

Thank you.Environment details?Version of osTicket?Did you setup IMAP/POP or Piping?Sounds to me like your not running cron.php

@[deleted]Please retest using the latest pull from `develop-next` branch as we have addressed most of the 1.11.x issues in that branch.Cheers.

Ok so i moved my osticket dir to osticekt.offdid a git clonecopied over the ost-config.php dircopied my only plugin , ldap over to new dirUsing same databse of courseI go to my url and i get a "The upgrader does NOT support upgrading from the current patch !"Am i forgetting something?
