Hi everyoneFirst of all, I want to give 5star for the osTicket free platform. I'm using a little period of time but I'm really satisfied. One week ago I've successfully installed LDAP extension and configured relation with my windows ActiveDirectory. Now I want to implement two-factor authentication for my AD users, can you tell me if there is a plugin for two-step authentication or give any recommendations about this problem?osticket version:  osTicket (v1.10.4)php version: 7.2.10operating system: ubuntu 18.04.1Thanks

I'm not aware of a two factor authentication plugin for osTicket at this time. Here is a resource list for osTickethttp://tmib.net/resources-osticket

I want to register like agents my Active Directory users.I want to provide some security policy for them like two-factor authentication.Is there any advice or recommendations on how to do that?

@[deleted]As @[deleted] said, there are no two-factor authentication plugins at this time. This is something that has been requested a lot, so this make it as a plugin in the future. With this being said, the code is open source giving you the freedom to customize the code to your liking (as long as you don't claim the codebase).I'm sure this wouldn't be hard to implement as really you're preventing the full login until they type a code that was sent to them via email/phone.Cheers.

Hi all. Firstly as many others I give 5star for the osTicket platform as it is the most complete, between the many ones used till now. Did anybody managed to find any plugin to implement a two factor auth in OSTicket, so it strengthen the security via any external authenticator or via SMS?
