When we create a ticket using iPhone, we are getting one issue on osTicket, It is showing special character (’) instead of ‘ (apostrophe) character. It was working fine with android phone, web and iPad. The issue occur only on iPhone.Example :-* Entered message from iPhone - I didn't even get a chance to answer the question. questions I couldn't access the mail box.* Received message on osTicket - I didnât even get a chance to answer the question. questions I couldn’t access the mail box.In our code, the given meta tag line is also there,* <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />* header("Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8");Any ideas on how we can fix this?
