When we create a ticket using iPhone, we are getting one issue on osTicket, It is showing special character (’) instead of ‘ (apostrophe) character. It was working fine with android phone, web and iPad. The issue occur only on iPhone.Example :-* Entered message from iPhone - I didn't even get a chance to answer the question. questions I couldn't access the mail box.* Received message on osTicket - I didn’t even get a chance to answer the question. questions I couldn’t access the mail box.In our  code, the given meta tag line is also there,* <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />*  header("Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8");Any ideas on how we can fix this? Thanks!

@[deleted]I cannot replicate your issue. There's more we need to know in order to help.- How are you creating the ticket (Client Portal, email, or Agent Panel)?- Where are you inputting the text (Issue Summary, Issue Details, Custom Field)?- After the ticket is created, are you viewing the ticket on the iPhone or on a computer?Remember, screenshots are helpful.Cheers.

@[deleted],We are creating the ticket on client's Portal. We are inputting the text in issue details. After the ticket is created (on iPhone and iPad), veiwing the ticket on a computer. This issue is related to iOS version specific. And not reproduced in iOS version below 10.3.0 but reproduced in iOS version above 11.0When we are using higher version above 11,  we are getting the same error as given in above example.I am attaching the screenshots for the reference. Please help me for solving the issue.

You cannot put your images here.  You will need to use an image hosting service and link to them.

@[deleted]It must be due to apple's crappy apostrophes/double-apostrophes (one of the  things I hate about Apple). Apple uses the "slanted" apostrophes which are totally different than normal apostrophes used everywhere else. Try holding the apostrophe button down on the iPhone and select the normal ones and see if that produces the same errors.Cheers.
