Hi ntozier,I Go To:Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details. Want to make visibility phone field required, But unable to edit this field. Osticket 1.10.1PHP 5.6Mysql 10.1

That is correct. This field is not editable at this time in the UI.
