Dear, I have just found the following inconvenience when sticking an image inside a ticket with the famous "paste" or "Ctrl + V" and is that according to the image relationship will hit or notfor example if it is a line only 1x10cm it gives error appearing a blue bar at the top of the screenbut if the same image tends to be a more square cut, 10x10cm this will work.

No worries. :) All of that looks fine.Try attaching the image using the add an image button on compose bar.
@[deleted]Copy/paste does not work correctly sometimes (even worse on Windows). We are moving away from Redactor for many reasons including this one. In the meantime, you can simply Drag & Drop files/images.Cheers.

cheersI use Chrome and have found paste works fine if you leave the caret at the end of a line of text then paste, but doesn't if you try to paste the image on a new line.
