i read
several times that a time tracking mod is exist. I am using the latest RC. Can
anybody tell me how to install or where I can activate the time tracking. It
will be great for us to track the time how long does the ticket solution takes.
Time Tracking is a third party mod, and not supported by osTicket.You would need to contact the author for support. The thread you are talking about is here:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/pull/3231Side notes: I highly doubt that it has been updated to work with 1.11rc1 yet and 1.11rc1 should not be run in a production environment it is not stable.
Ok thank you for your reply. We work since 2 weeks with the new release and all work pretty good :-) I will wait for the new time tracking release.
