May DB has grown to around 88MB, how do we normally transfer this to another server?as most phpmyadmin can only accept 50mb?Im also having problems delete tickets that we have marked "spam"not sure why but I can search for those tickets and when deleting them it just displays the loading iconbu never finishes. this is with even just 1 ticket selected or 50 tickets.is there an sql code that code delete to ticket and its associated data?Server InformationosTicket Versionv1.10.4 (035fd0a) — Up to dateWeb Server SoftwareApacheMySQL Version5.6.40PHP Version7.0.31

You could transfer it with either FTP or SFTP. Or you would need to talk to your hosting provider and tell them the problem that you are having with their phpmyadmin. 88mb is nothing for DB size.Q: is there an sql code that code delete to ticket and its associated data?A: There is a third party plugin by a community member.https://github.com/clonemeagain/osticket-plugin-archiverOtherwise you would have to write your own code/SQL query.Q: PHP Warning: Declaration of AssignmentForm:($options)A: This is a warning, not an error. tried archiver having some problem with the folder, saying it is not writable by nobodyeven if I gave it full permission already------------------should I which back to php5.6? it would give better compatibility? or php7 should be just fine?

just to addphp7.0 seem to give better performance, the pages load alot faster in 7.0 than 5.6

We do not support 3rd party plugins and mods. You would need to talk to the author for support for it.
