In 1.6 the variable %{comments} included the ticket body within the emails.
In 1.7, none of those variables are working. For example, if a ticket is being assigned to a staff, how can Include the body of the ticket so the staff can have an idea via email about what is going on without having to log in in the system?
Same thing with internal notes, when a ticket is transferred, what would be the variable to include the text writing on an internal note at the moment is being transferred? That way, the assigned staff could also read this info in the incoming email.
