osticket version - 1.10.1PHP                  -  5.6mysql                -  5.5When i got an email from my help desk system in bottom of mail shows osticket logo, how to replace it with my own logo?  

Simply edit the email templates and delete the logo from the bottom.Admin Panel -> Emails -> Templates.You can duplicate the defaults first by clicking on "Add a new Template Set".Next click on the default templates or your new one to find a list of most of the email templates you can then open and edit.There are a few more under Settings -> Agents -> Templates and Settings -> Users -> Templates.

a year later

This is no longer true in 1.12, that footer is not in the templates but it's in every email sent.
I'm not surprised they make it hard to remove, but there must be a way. Thus far I can only find how to remove footers from site pages, not emails.

Looks like it's hard coded into all the yaml files in /include/i18n/en_US/templates/email.

Wherein that src points to an id defined in include/i18n/en_US/file.yaml where the image is base64 data not a normal png file.
