Hello,I am wondering if there is a modification or customization for osTicket 1.10.1 that can push data to an external system when the support rep clicks on a button?  Here is the kind of functionality that I am looking for.I have an inventory management system with a API interface to create reason for change tracking records.  That API takes a text string for the comment and the username of the person submitting the comment and then returns the auto generated system id as a string back.  With a click of a new button in osTicket, I want to push the ticket id and issue summary to that API and then add the response as a comment to the ticket.Basically looking to create a close loop audit trail for data updates to the inventory management system, when they are submitted as tickets to the help desk.Does anyone know of modifications that could to this?ThanksTravis

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.  I also do not think that this has ever been requested before.
