I've looked but cant find this anywhere. I'm on 1.11 and what I would like to do is when a ticket comes in, based on which help topic is selected, it goes to Dept A. Dept A performs their tasks related to this document and when done, I want them to ONLY be able to assign to Dept B. Same thing when Dept B is done, ONLY be able to assign to Dept C. This is just to keep the proper flow of the ticket going to avoid confusion. In theory I would have a department have complete vision of the ticket history so they can check the status just like the client would.Am I going down the wrong path? I cant find anything to help me understand Tasks so don't know if that's what I want to do or not. Appreciate any assistance!
