OsTicket 1.10.4MySQL version 5.1.73PHP version 5.6.30______________________Problem:When searching in the advanced search bar it shows results. But I can't go back to all the other tickets.The ticket overview is stuck at the keyword I searched for. When going to another page and going back to "tickets" it is the same.I have to logout and login to solve this. Is there another solution for this?(Problem is for all webbrowsers)

I cannot reproduce your report.I click on Advanced.  I search for something. (which includes open and closed tickets).I see the list of tickets.I click on the Open queue button. and it takes me to only open tickets.

Great glad to hear it.  Maybe one of the files didnt transfer successfully the first time.

The problem in the advance searching is happening from a quite few times and the issue is going to be resolved quickly. Another thing is that it also depends on the query, this could be possible that the file or the data is not being liked to the search query. Google support number has also tried to resolve the issue but there is an internal problem that is going to be solved.
