Hi everyone,We recently started using OSTicket in our IT Department to track and manage all the users' support requests. OSTicket is great and it suits all our needs, however, I have a question about the graph in the dashboard.Is it normal to have the same dates repeated? Or is just repeating dates because it doesn't show the time? Keep in mind that we only have a couple of tickets created and closed.blank

The dashboard has been on the revamp list for quite some time.  I've never bothered to learn about it, simply because its so... deprecated.  We use a 3rd part Plugin called the report mod by forum member @[deleted] for our reporting needs.  It is not free but it is cheap compared to other report systems we're looked at.

How long have you had osTicket running for?My guess is that the graph is repeating dates to fill up the bottom axis.On my installation it doesn't repeat dates unless I select a narrow range of dates to report on (less than 1 week).
