Hello guys, need help.. i use import in creating user, but suddenly I
forgot to include one email address in csv file... when i need to
insert/add email of that user it always loading.. no processing happen..
any solution?? thanks in advance..
Can you delete that user and start over?
You can add email in DB.
Having the same issue. Just sticks on "loading" when you select update.How do you add email in DB?
Hey man, include your system specs. OS, Osticket Version, PHP version, Web-Server type and version, etc.
Regardless, just edit that user manually in the Users tab.
Or delete the user and add the user back manually.
Is this a user or agent?
