Hey all,Is it possible to delete the tab to see all the closed tickets from the user log-in page? Or just direct me to the file that I would have to modify in order to do this. Appreciate any help.

Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting guidelines located in this thread: Please read before requesting assistance. The more information you give us the better we will be able to assist you. Thank you.huh? If a user cannot log in, they cannot see tickets...
It's a crazy request that higher ups wanted to see. They don't want registered users to see how many tickets were made by them, but would still want them to know the status of their tickets. Probably a marketing/image thing. I did explain that if they don't log in they won't see tickets. Just wondering if there was a way around that.Server InformationosTicket Versionv1.10.1 (9ae093d) — Up to dateWeb Server SoftwareApacheMySQL Version5.6.39PHP Version5.6.36
I'm not aware of any way to make it so that users cannot see theior own tickets... unless of course you have your agents edit them and give them to a generic user after they are closed for a bit.
Actually, that's not a bad idea for a workaround.Thanks.You can close.
Very welcome. :)
