Hi,Our ideal hiearachy set up would be as follows:1. Organisation2. Site3. UserAn Organisation can have multiple 'sub-organisations' which are the sites - various locations they operateA User can be assigned & transferred to/from sites - users can move from one site to another but we want to have tickets for all sites viewable when the Organisation is searched for, or a Site is searched for (to view site-specific ticket history).Has anyone got such a customisation running?

I'm not aware of anyone doing this.
