CRON setup help using cron-job.org

my only option is external because my host does not support pipping or scheduling.

I created a API key in line with details and with cronjob IP 195.201.26.157 and set it up here https://cron-job.org I have tried every combination but I just

can't get it to work ... any ideas?

Thank ntozier but rcron has been dropped in latest version and is not included. I had see the easycron site and instructions however there is not a new version that describes how to use the cron file with the additional settings that easycron has.

rcron is in the latest version. I'm not sure why you would think that it is not.

Sorry, I used an auto install from my host so it was includedm just downloaded the install file from the osticket site and it's in a seperate script folder.Have tried this easycron and it is still not working ... however I will keep trying

Same error message with PHP5.6

It is because my host is FastCGI not suPHP - i have found a solution here https://uname.pingveno.net/blog/index.php/post/2013/06/29/osTicket,-wget,-crontab-and-FastCGI But how do I call cron like that remotely?

I'm not sure what you mean. You configure the rcron.php file. You put it in a web accessible location.You use the remote cron service to call the file.

im using v1.15.2 with cyberpanel/litespeed and run this job:

* * * * /usr/local/lsws/lsphp73/bin/php /home/domain.com/public_html/api/cron.php

it works perfectly
