Hello osTicket,I'm creating an API to access osTicket records on another system of our company particularly tickets. We are planning to make response and change the status of tickets thru the API. I have a question regarding which record fields will be affected or which fields we should update whenever we change the ticket status. like for example when we change the ticket from 'open' to 'close'. We need to know these details to avoid anomalies in the database as well as creating possible problems in the future. Thank you for your response for this matter.
