auto response issue

i have two mail server with .co.in & .in and i set up my smtp with email@mydomain.co.in, the auto response mail is sending to .co.in but not to .in.please help me to sort this out.

Mail settings and other setting pertinent to your issue?

i did all the setting correct in both the mail servers. the mail works fine with .co.in it has issues with .in mail server

You have not provided us with enough information to assist you.examples: Mail settings, department settings, mail logs, php error logs, etc. So I have no means to help you troubleshoot this.I can tell you that I have 8 different email accounts configured in my site.

@[deleted]Is that email allowed to send to tlds other than `.co.in`? I noticed that your Auto-response email for the Department is also `.co.in` so maybe it's only allowed to send to other `.co.in` tlds.Cheers.

@[deleted]sorry for the delayed response, yes that email is allowed to send to other than '.co.in'.

Are you saying that you have two different emails configured in osTicket with SMTP and the Auto-responses sent FROM .co.in is working but the Auto-responses sent FROM .in is not working? Am I correct in this thinking?Cheers.
