Hello,Is there a way that I can schedule osTicket to send out an email notification daily for tickets that are not assigned to an agent?  I would also like to do this for tickets that are past the SLA.  In summary, how to I change the email alerts and notification frequencies?osTicket: v1.10.1Operating System: Windows Server 2016Thanks

Daily email notifications for unassigned tickets or tickets past SLA is not a feature in osTicket at this time.You would have to roll your own plugin or script to do this for you.

Bummer, that would be a great feature if we could schedule the email frequency.
